{"id":191,"date":"2020-12-21T12:10:44","date_gmt":"2020-12-21T12:10:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fraser-clark.com\/food\/?p=191"},"modified":"2020-12-21T19:33:17","modified_gmt":"2020-12-21T19:33:17","slug":"chilli-onion-jam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fraser-clark.com\/food\/archives\/191","title":{"rendered":"Chilli &#038; Onion Jam"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Delicious with cheese!<\/p><cite>From my friend Luani<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1\/2 onion &#8211; finely sliced<\/li><li>1 clove garlic &#8211; crushed<\/li><li>100ml vinegar<\/li><li>20 cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li><li>180ml sugar<\/li><li>3 green chillies, finely sliced<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gently fry onion with some oil.  When translucent, add the garlic, vinegar, cherry tomatoes, sugar and chilli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn up the heat and simmer until the mixture is syrupy in texture, about 15 minutes.
