{"id":218,"date":"2020-12-21T15:33:53","date_gmt":"2020-12-21T15:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fraser-clark.com\/food\/?p=218"},"modified":"2021-11-01T15:34:10","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T15:34:10","slug":"massaman-curry-paste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fraser-clark.com\/food\/archives\/218","title":{"rendered":"Massaman Curry Paste"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>15 dried red chillies<\/li><li>1 tablespoon coriander seeds, ground<\/li><li>1 teaspoon cumin seeds, ground<\/li><li>1 stick cinnamon, ground<\/li><li>3 cloves, ground<\/li><li>4 peppercorns, ground<\/li><li>4 tablespoons garlic, chopped<\/li><li>4 tablespoons shallots, chopped<\/li><li>1 heaped teaspoon shrimp paste<\/li><li>1 &#8211; 2 stick lemongrass, chopped<\/li><li>1 teaspoon fish sauce<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Soak chillies in water for 10 minutes.
