Polenta Fries
									- Milk
 - Polenta – cook for 20 minutes
 - Salt, pepper
 - Parmesan
 - Dry basil
 
Spread out on tray, refrigerate, cut with a crinkle cutter.
Fry.
Or:
- 2 cup milk
 - ¾ cup corn meal
 - ¼ cup parmesan cheese
 - 1 Tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
 - Pinch of salt
