Suurlemoentert / Lemon Meringue Pie
									Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
 - 1 packet of tea biscuits
 - 1/2 cup lemon juice
 - 3 eggs – separated
 - 6 tablespoons sugar
 - 3 tablespoons butter
 
Method
- Heat oven to 160°C
 - Crush biscuits fine
 - Mix with melted butter and press crust into tin.
 - Mix yolks and condensed milk. Beat by hand and add lemon juice.
 - Pour over crust.
 - Beat egg-whites to stiff peaks. Add sugar by the spoonful and mix.
 - Put over tart and bake for 20 minutes
 - Cool completely.
