Sourdough French Baguettes
									Dough:
- 250g of 1/2 and 1/2 starter
 - 375 bread flour
 
Shape into 2 or 4 loaves – tuck them in tight length wise so they rise up, not out.
Prove well.
Bake at 195°C for 25-30 minutes.
! Bake in a steam oven for extra crunchy crusts !
