Pork braised in milk
									Ingredients
- 1 pork fillet – or loin
 - 1 red onion – sliced (or leek)
 - 3-4 garlic loves – chopped
 - 80g pancetta, diced
 - 1 sprig of rosemary and thyme
 - 2 cups of milk
 - 100ml cream
 - Lemon rind
 - Oil & butter for frying
 
Method
- Saute the onions, garlic until soft
 - Brown the pork and pancetta
 - Add the rest of the ingredients, place in the oven for 2 hours – turning once or twice – at 150°C
 - Slice pork and pour over the sauce.
 
Serve with broad beans and new potatoes with parsley.
